Triumph of democracy

One of the biggest conquers of the western culture is democracy. For god’s sake, I don’t mean to say it’s a good thing: Democacy’s failures are right before our eyes. It ratifies the daily triumph of mediocrity, of the ordinary men and poor quality art. I’m blessed, in this limbo: I belong to this herd of ignorant and indolent sheeps, who bleat rambling speechs, polluting the air with their breath; sheeps, who run behind banners that change like underwear (it seems we have a knack for hygiene); sheeps who declare themselves ”special and eclectic”, because they’ve seen on wikipedia that ‘eclectic’ is such a cool word…
